About Us

Derek Tomasello serves as CEO & President of Pacific Property Group, a real estate investment company investing in multi-family acquisitions across North America. Prior to Pacific Property Group, he served as Director of Support Sales & Services for Mentor Graphics Corporation, a publicly traded provider of electronic design automation solutions.

Mr. Tomasello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Business Administration with a minor in finance and an MBA in International Business Studies from Portland State University.

Location: Primary and secondary markets throughout the Southeast and Southwest

Typical Transaction Size: $3,000,000 - $50,000,000

Asset Class: "A-" to "C+" grade assets

Investment Type: Opportunistic, value-add and core plus assets
